I'm really a big fan of Christian.
Ah, although Christian Bautista started as a theater actor (before joining Star in a Million and becoming Asia's Pop Idol) , I was not able catch any of his theater performances. But finally, I will be able to see him perform on stage as Tony together with two interesting actresses alternating as Maria--Karylle (known TV-Personality but she actually started as theater actress,too) and Joan Ampil a London-based thespian doing her first ever musical theater project in Manila-- in Stages's local production of West Side Story.

Executive produced by Audie Gemora and directed by Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo, West Side Story will be brought to life in Manila with an exciting cast featuring Christian Bautista as Tony, Karylle and Joanna Ampil alternating as Maria, Rowena Vilar and Pam G alternating as Anita, and Gian Magdangal as Riff.
Musical Direction is by Gerard Salonga, and Choreography by James Laforteza.
