I don't really consider myself a big time U2 fan. No, I don't have a collection of their albums nor have memorized all of their songs. But I definitely love a number of their songs (they're even part of my "favorite songs list"). Which is why watching U23D was such a great experience. Ecstatic.
It's not boring (contrary to a post I read from PEx). Anyone who knows how to appreciate good music, would enjoy the show. You don't have to know all the songs (but of course it's different when you can sing out loud) to enjoy listening and watching. Just feel the music (understand the lyrics) and you'll just find yourself moving to the beat. If it wasn't just awkward (because you might be blocking the view of other audience)... masarap makirakrakan. Medyo pigil kasi.
Anyhow, if you're not a U2 fan but you're planning to watch (probably for the 3D experience), I guess there are two options you can choose from to really enjoy the show. Watch it with someone who's a fan or watch it in group .
If you're a U2 fan, you really shouldn't miss this treat.
It's on at The Block (P350) and MOA (P500) the entire April.

I love the 3D experience, too. First time. 350 pesos well-spent.
