Me: Ay, oo nga. Normal pala.
So am I suffering from insomnia?
Insomnia is fine if you're beating a deadline and at the same time you're able to work well. But if you're just awake and you can't organize your thoughts properly (nakatulala ka lang), you try to read but information don't get into your system, then it's not helpful. You're technically wasting time and energy. And probably, putting your health at risk. Magaling.
