Appreciation

You don't need an award to tell you that you did a good job. When you see people appreciating what you did is more than enough validation of a good work out of hard work. There's always that part of the self that seeks for compliment to elate the soul and tell yourself that all the hard work was worth it.

If you find people appreciating your deeds, you can't help but to feel the adrenalin rushing through your body. There's always that eagerness to work hard and come up with better outputs. Appreciation helps a person to be more inspired and more than anything else, to be more challenged.

So whenever someone submits a work to you or a friend did something good to you, show them how much you appreciate their work (yung honest ha). It'll help them become better.
