What will happen to Lozada's Testimony? Is there any case under Senate's Inquiry that really progressed (meaning there was a resolution, a case filed, etc.)? The thing is that the Lozada Testimony may not lead to anything and may just die a natural death without real conclusion. Whatever happened to the likes of Ador Mawanay? What happened with their allegations after the inquiry?
The Senate only has recommendatory power; nothing's really solved. Apparently, it is just being used by politicians as their stage for showing-off. It can never really progress unless filed on a criminal court (quoting a law student friend).
Money wasted. Time wasted. More people turning jaded. We know something's wrong but we never reach the point (or rarely?) of real conclusion -- penalizing who ever committed the wrong deed.
