Half-full, half-empty

We may have one life but we have a lot of glasses (roles/aspects of life) that are needed to be filled-up. There can always be a point in our life that all these glasses are fully filled-up. Meaning, everything seems just right. We’re on the peak of our life when we just find ourselves happy and content. There may be some instances that we experience this absolute bliss for a long period. But that moment cannot last forever. There are times that it can just occur to us in a breeze.

Our life is often made up of a combination of half-full and half-empty glasses. We’re happy and content on the one side. But we’re longing and in despair on the other. That’s being human after all—full of emotions to feel and conquer.
