Statistics Life

It was quite a tiring Statistics Sunday. I slept at 7:00 am because my SPSS didn't allow me to sleep. Then, I had to wake up before 12:00nn to meet with my research partner at Vito Cruz Starbucks. Now, there's still a big risk that I get to sleep at 7:00 am again. All's due to the darned SPSS software I have.

I've always feared Math. That's why when I found out that my M.A. would require completing a course in Statistics, I was really worried. Surprisingly, I somehow enjoyed my Stat Class. Because of SPSS, it's easy to run statistical tests for quantitative research. Of course, even if you've SPSS, the course will still require you to be keen in analyzing the results of the test. At least, you don't have to do the computation.

SPSS is really dependable for statistical tests of researches. However, don't let your work be screwed up when you got the pirated SPSS version that forever looks for the license code. Also be wary of pirated SPSS version that allows you to access all the options except for the two most needed options - translate & analyze.

I couldn't afford to buy an original SPSS software. Hence, I'm constrained to download a pirated copy. But the pirated copy didn't work that's why I had to download the SPSS 15 evaluation version just so to finish my paper. To really enjoy doing a quantitative research, a dependable pirated copy of SPSS is a must (I still say yes to piracy. I just need to be more wary of getting the right pirated copy).
