"Shut your fucking face, uncle fucker.
You're the one who fucked your uncle, uncle fucker.
You don't eat or sleep or mow the lawn, just fuck your uncle all day long."
To read a message from your boss, blaming all hers staff of not turning-off the air-con on the day of your birthday is a damn. Saying that we'll pay for what we did as we are irresponsible employees is acceptable as long as we are really responsible for that. But the thing is not everyone’s responsible.
Considering that I was never involved in that darn turning-off of the air-con, I feel so irritated. I find her too unprofessional (maybe I am becoming unprofessional too because I am sharing this in my blog).
Anyhow, she said sorry the other day. She forgot that it was my birthday. Well, it's not the point I want her to realize. I want her to realize that she shouldn't be blaming all her staff for the lacks of a staff or two.
I find her approach of disciplining her staff "bastos." Being bombarded with text messages that contain super personal things like, “mananagot kayo sa akin” on a Sunday is something really “bastos.”
I tried to control myself and apparently, I won. I didn’t reply anything to her. But, I am still anxious that if such happens again, I can’t help but to defend myself.
Just yesterday, I found out that she issued a memo. To my surprise, she wants as to pay the electricity consumed during the days when the air-con was kept open. That’s a foul.
La Resistance! I want to argue, but I can't risk my work as of the moment.
I feel so helpless.
