Abolition of Death Penalty

What's the bad thing about the Abolition of Death Penalty?

It is obvious. The politicking of the old crap politicians taints the underlying "acceptable" reason for the abolition of death penalty. Because of the inconsistency of their stand, the victims (family of victims) see the abolition of death penalty as a political move more than a moral move. (GMA has always been inconsistent of the issue – Oh well! She’s consistent with being inconsistent!)

The move for the Abolition of Death Penalty is logical and just. It doesn't mean injustice to victims and their families. It could serve justice to poor who can't have a good defense. It could salvage innocent people from being victims of the terrible justice system in the country.

We're simply humans. Mistakes could be committed. We should not allow that the mistake in judgment would cost a life of a possible innocent person. Also, it's better for the criminal to severely suffer inside the jail (due to the worse condition in our prison system) than make their death easier right?

Justice won't fail due to the Abolition of Death Penalty. Justice fails because of our failed politics.
