Marine Park

Maybe this is why Baywalk was shutdown – Manila Ocean Park (a park, a mall, and a hotel).

Stories here and here.

Filipinos soon can experience something like this*:

Honestly, this looks promising. It’s all about making the people experience the nature (marine life for that matter), educating them, and having them realize their responsibility to the nature (how threatened our marine biodiversity is).

It’s just weird though that outside that tunnel that showcases the great marine biodiversity of the
Philippines is the others side of REALITY. Contrary with Sentosa’s Underwater World where you can still experience the beauty of nature outside (e.g. beaches even if they’re man made), at Manila Ocean Park, you’ll experience the stinky smell of Manila Bay.

Yes, it is still interesting to visit. Not to mention, it's quite cheap. Hope there's a way to rehabilitate Manila Bay. :)
