Okay before you try to find out (or re-experience) what the fuzz is all about with Avenue Q (I'm as excited as anyone who's dying to see Avenue Q), might as well indulge into a straight-play that will help you learn more about the Philippines - Jessica Hagedorn's DOGEATERS. I haven't read the book yet (and I don't have a copy of it, too). Given that it's a story about us (Philippines under the rule of Martial Law) is enough reason to watch this play. Oh, and not to mention, it has a really interesting cast.
