Skip this. Wala lang akong makausap.
For my 5th birthday, I wished to have an ice cream cake and a tin can of Almond Roca. My aunts granted that wish. And because I was too excited, I ate much of both and ended up with swollen tonsils and high fever even before my birthday party was over. Apparently, whenever I'm excited about something, bad thing happens.
I was supposed to represent our school in a singing contest back in 1996 (grade VI). Of course, it's normal to feel excited about the contest. Unfortunately, I slipped on our bathroom's floor and I was hospitalized.
I've religiously (almost) followed everything about the local run of Avenue Q (from the auditions to the completion of the casts to the present promotions etc). I've listened to the songs and watched different videos on Youtube. I've almost memorized some of the songs and already have my favorites. Got a pretty good seat for tomorrow's show. I thought I can make it. Unfortunately, I'm down with cough, colds, and fever for four days already. (Mama Malaine, I'm giving up the ticket for Allain. Enjoy the show. Bitter ako. Bitter ako.)
I should have recovered by next week. I'm set to watch "Art" on the 22nd and "Avenue Q" on the 23rd (hoping to get good seats to that show).
Lesson: Never ever get too excited about something. You might end up frustrated.

Call Atlantis and ask for the number of the block buyer, they might be able to give you better seats.
