Ah, talagang di ko magets. The text lingo apparently has evolved. From shortening the spelling of words by removing the vowels through creation of new words to fit another word (e.g. "ako" = "aq" )

When I was younger, I was guilty of this pa-chummy and patipid effect of texting. I'd normally dismiss vowels and would use "poh". But you know, I already grew up. I've realized how odd it is to use such words. It's quite weird that people remove the vowels but add the letter "h" to some words (esp. "po" = "poh").

Let us not be too pa-cute in our text message. It's not as if we're flirting to everyone we text. It's understandable that sometimes we are constrained to cut down the characters of the text message we send to fit a single text. What is important is to come up with an understandable text message.
