Trinoma

I dropped by Trinoma, the newly opened Ayala Mall in North, yesterday. I only stayed there for 10minutes and sent a text message to a friend that we meet at SM the Block instead. I really don't enjoy strolling in an a place that hasn't been fully completed. That's probably the reason why I didn't appreciate Trinoma that much. Aside from that, it seems that people were too excited about the mall (including me) that it was just so jam-packed. Imagine Market! Market! and Glorietta on Christmas Season.

What's good about Trinoma?

Great Place for a Get-Together

North people need not travel to Makati to enjoy great finds (esp. restaurants). Now we can demand from our friends living in the South to meet us in the North Area - if they want a high-end place for meet-ups :). There's Gilligan's, Recipes, Dencio's etc. Aside from that, Redbox is also opening a branch there.

Great Place for Photo Opportunities (because of the well-designed entrance)

People who love having their pictures taken will definitely enjoy Trinoma's main entrance. It's entrance is just so elegantly-designed. With all the trees, the architecture (is it Spanish-Style?), the falls-like fountain, no doubt that a lot of visitors have their digital cameras (even video cams) with them (Kung iyon ngang garden sa Gateway, nag-click, eto pa kayang sa Trinoma hindi).

Power Books

Yes, there's a Power Books in Trinoma! Great!

But if it's for Shopping, I'd stick to SM Megamall (not to mention that at the back of it is St. Francis Square).
