Summer Sunshine....

...and Two-piece Bikinis strike everywhere.

It's quite interesting to observe how we have accepted the "Two-piece Bikini Outbreak." Looking back, I can remember when I was in grade school, you'll commonly see people in two-piece Bikini only in Boracay. But things have changed and it seems that Filipinos have become more liberated. In every beach you go and even in swimming pool resorts, majority of the ladies are wearing two-piece bikini. It's not anymore shocking to see an almost nude lady walking by the pool (or the shore).

It's a good sign that we're open to accepting changes. It's good that most Filipinos are not hesitant to accept the modernities that confront us. But I think, the "Two-piece Bikini Outbreak" means more than flaunting one's beautiful body and other practical reasons (like getting the perfect tan, to be fee more comfortable while swimming, etc.). Wearing two-piece bikini, I think, is a statement. It's actually a statement of something - go figure (the manang in me ranting again).

P.S.
I want to go to Galera (and be one with Nature). Watch the sunrise. Watch the sunset. Listen to the waves. Observe people. Walk by the beach. Take pictures. Write.

Redundant. A bikini, by definition, consists of a top and a bottom. One-piece swimsuits are maillots, I think.

Ang weird diyan, ang babaeng naka-skimpy na swimsuit, sexy. Pag lalake ang naka speedo lang, bakla.

Salamat sa pagtama, confused din ako nung sinusulat ko iyan. :) Paano iyong men's bikini?

Ano kayang kinabakla nun?

Medyo masagwa nga lang ito. :D

Bikini bottoms yata yun. Or bikini briefs.

Pag nagpunta ka ng Puerto Gaylera tingnan mo kung sino ang naka speedo bottoms. Maliban na lang sa mga kasali sa swimsuit contest, chances are bading yun. (Or Brazilian)

Boss, wala akong masabi... You're also a swimwear expert :D Kidding aside, knowledge sharing is very well appreciated. :)

Oh, and I'll make sure to keep my eyes open to catch guys in speedo (and analyze their gender preference) once I'm in Galera (iyan eh kung matutuloy ako).

I take my "Bikini Inspector" shirt seriously.
